SHIPPING & RETURNS
All sales are final. We offer a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
Orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped USPS and should arrive within 2-5 days after processing.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 3 days of receiving the product @ email@example.com to alert us of the damage. Upon receipt of damage report, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Hemp Shoppe Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Hemp Shoppe Inc. will confirm delivery to address on file, delivery date, and tracking information for the customer to investigate.
